So we've added new resources to help you wade through the credentialing, enrollment, and billing process. As annoying as the process is, this is what will allow your pharmacy to bill both current and future clinical services - right now we have test & treat and immunizations, but we're working to add to that list!

• KanCare MCO FAQ document - if your pharmacy and pharmacists are approved in KMAP and you're not sure what's next, this document will let you know how contracts will be sent and who to contact when you don't have a contract
• KMAP professional billing - if you're only seeing a few claims per month, you may not want to pay for a third-party biller - you can use your KMAP provider portal to bill services provided
