Featuring 22 educational sessions on timely topics for a variety of practice settings (including students!), the 2024 KPhA Annual Meeting & Trade Show has something for everyone! Pharmacists and Technicians can earn up to 12 hours of live continuing education credit, plus additional on-demand credits after the conference! The registration fee includes meals, as well as access to all sessions and networking events.

The Manhattan Conference Center and Hilton Garden Inn, 410 S. 3rd St., Manhattan, KS, serves as KPhA's conference headquarters. It is located minutes away from Aggieville and offers 135 non-smoking guest rooms. It has on-site dining, an indoor pool and fitness center, and free WiFi.

It’s back! Kick-off the weekend with
Kansas Pharmacy Foundation’s Four-Person Scramble at Manhattan Country Club. $175 per golfer; $700 per team. Golf not your thing? Plenty of volunteer opportunities are available too!
FRIDAY ...
Kick off a weekend of learning with a variety of topics Meet with industry leaders during the Trade Show and learn about new innovations and products for pharmacy. After dinner, hit the town for a Pub Crawl (tickets limited). Students and Sponsors get to know each other in a fun icebreaker before forming teams to deduce clues, navigate themselves in foreign areas (Manhattan), interact with locals, and perform physical and mental challenges. This race will be AMAZING!
SATURDAY ...
A full day of learning is capped off with the CPESN Happy Hour and PAC Bourbon Tasting Fundraiser (tickets limited). Get your last minute auction bids in during Cocktail Hour and watch ticket numbers fall off the big board to determine the final participants in the 50/50 auction. We'll wrap up the night by honoring the best in Kansas pharmacy during the Awards Gala.
SUNDAY ...
Watch as students from the APhA-ASP and NCPA groups battle wits in the Self Care Challenge. Each group can recruit one pharmacist to be the ringer on their team. Also learn about updates to immunizations and catch up on pharmacy law updates from the Kansas Board of Pharmacy.

KPF 4-Person Scramble: The KPF Golf Tournament is the unofficial kick-off to the KPhA Annual Meeting and Trade Show. Registration is open! $175/golfer or $700/team. Price includes continental breakfast, lunch, drink tickets, and all on-course games. Hole Sponsorships Available, too! Please note: Golf registration is seperate from conference registration, but can be paid for in the same transaction.
Wine & Spirit Pull: Wines and Spirits from a variety of price points will be on display throughout the conference. Match a numbered cork with a numbered bottle and take home the libation! $20 per pull. DONATIONS CURRENTLY ARE BEING ACCEPTED.
50/50 Raffle: Add 50/50 Raffle Tickets to your registration, or buy them from KPhA staff at the registration desk or KPF Trustees during the conference. Then during the Silent Auction Cocktail Hour watch as ticket numbers randomly are pulled from the big screen. Those holding the final 3 ticket numbers will compete for 50% of the money collected. Get 1 ticket for $20 or 10 tickets for $100.
