PBM Complaint form
With the passage of SB20 in 2026, the Kansas Department of Insurance has jurisdiction over PBM audits, reimbursement floors, and transparency. If your pharmacy has a predatory audit filed or is paid below NADAC or if you are an employer that doesn't think your rebates are being passed along appropriately, you can file a compliant with the Kansas Insurance Commissioner.
