Today, PBM reform overwhelmingly passed the Kansas Legislature with strong bipartisan support in both chambers. This legislation will lower drug costs for Kansans and protect patient access to local pharmacies by reining in abuses by PBM middlemen. The bill now heads to Gov. Laura Kelly’s desk for signature.
